Marcel Pierel is the 5th Chief Appraiser of the Brazoria Central Appraisal District, succeeding Al Baird in January 2022. The first Chief Appraiser was Ray Gayle. Mr. Pierel was appointed by the Board of Directors in December 2021 and has served in the Appraisal District System for over 15 years.
